Holiday Season Delivery Update
Thank you so much to every single one of you for your patience while waiting for your Christmas deliveries this year. Of course during the holiday season parcels tend to be subject to delays but this year everybody in every sector is working through extenuating circumstances. When we send your items we put our faith in the Royal Mail who this year are doing a tremendous job of delivering parcels despite being short staffed due to social distancing and many support and call centre staff being off sick.
If you have placed an order that has not yet arrived we are currently being advised that they can take longer than the standard second class 3-5 business days, so please message us if it has been longer than 5 working days and a team member will get back to you straight away during business hours and track your item for you.
All of our parcels are sent to customers free of charge via Royal Mail Second Class. If your parcel arrives late, we'd like to offer an extra discount next time on top of the discount card enclosed, please just let us know.
Royal Mail suspended deliveries of packages and letters to mainland Europe, Canada and Turkey on the 21st December due to significant disruption caused by travel bans. We will update customers that this may affect.
