Covid Delivery Update
We'd like to thank you all again for your patience whilst we wait for more news from the Royal Mail. Although we haven't experienced many issues during lockdown we want to clearly display up-to-date developments in case your area is affected.
We have been told by staff that due to social distancing the Royal Mail are understaffed and still working hard at delivering parcels on time, the news added that there has been "significant investment" in more resources to reduce delays as much as possible.
In lockdown many of us have turned to online shopping which has left the Royal Mail in very high demand, but to date Red & Blue Umbrella haven't had many issues, although we understand that several areas in the UK are experiencing a limited service and long delays can be expected on some international parcels (please contact us for information).
